  2. Introduction and design

    Within 2 working days we call you for an introduction. You receive a design with your logo on the green band.

  3. Your brand is up

    Happy with the design? Within 3 weeks your sticker is on court. We handle production and installation.

How long does a partnership run?

At least 1 year. Choose a 3-year contract and you get a price guarantee: your price stays the same for 3 years. You can cancel up to 2 months before the end of the contract year.

How does the volume discount work?

The discount only applies to panels, not to the court name or playing credit. It is based on the total amount of your panels, side and back panels together, and depends on the number. As a Glass Partner you get 10% with 2 panels, 15% with 3 and 20% from 4 panels. An example: 2 back panels and 2 side panels cost €3,500 together, minus 20% is €2,800 per year. Court Partners get 10% to 25% off their panels.

What does Court Partner mean?

The court carries your name, for example Court Cupra, and your brand is on the net. It costs €3,000 per year for a doubles court and €2,000 for the single court (court 4). There are only 4 courts, so only 4 Court Partners. Add panels and you get an extra panel discount: 10% with 1 panel, rising to 25% from 4 panels.

What is playing credit?

As a partner you buy €1,000 of court credit for €650 (excl. VAT), for your team or your customers. That is a fixed price, without volume discount. With 1 panel you can do this once a year, with more panels or as a Court Partner twice a year.

What does Club Partner mean?

The whole club in your name: Lake Padel Club powered by your brand. You are visible inside the hall and outside on the roof and the facade. We shape the content and the price together, on request.

Can I expand later?

Yes. You can add panels at any time, also on another court, or become a Court Partner. We then recalculate the volume discount over all your panels.

Which logo should I send?

Preferably a vector file: SVG, PDF or EPS. If you only have a PNG, send it in the highest resolution you have. We create the design for the green band and send it to you for approval first.

What if my sticker gets damaged?

Then we replace it free of charge. Balls, rackets and cleaning sometimes leave marks, and that is our risk, not yours.

How do VAT and invoicing work?

All prices exclude 21% VAT. You receive an invoice in advance for each contract year, with a payment term of 30 days. Quarterly payment is possible by arrangement.

Can I get exclusivity in my industry?

On request. As a Court Partner or Club Partner we can agree that no direct competitor appears on the same court. Feel free to raise it in the introduction.
